Fad Diets
When you are trying to diet, try not to over think it and then go eat McDonald's. It doesn't help your goal. Just eat a little better. Try not not to jump on all the fad diets that are out there.

Stress
This is some of the the things that stress can do to you. Try exercising every other day, for just 20 to 30 minutes and see how the stress just starts to go away.

JUST ONE MORE, THEN I START MY DIET!
Dieting shouldn't be like this. Most peoples diets only needs to change just a little to start and see improvements. You don't need to starve yourself to death to see changes. Find out how much you are supposed to eat a day and decrease it buy 100 calories each mouth for the next 6 months and see just how much weight you lose.
