Here at Sergeant Schroeder's Fitness, we feel that it is up to us to get you moving. It is our job to find the right path to get you started on, that can be developed into a long lasting life in fitness. We have fitness boot camps and personal training that can help you achieve your individual fitness goals.
We work with all fitness levels, motivating you along the way. It doesn't matter if you have never exercised before or if you're a professional athlete we can help build a program thats right for you.
We offer personal training, small group training and fitness boot camps. We build custom fitness programs to help you meet your individual fitness goals as well as nutritional consultation. It's going to be my goal to be there and support you as we build a strong and long lasting support group for you. You will find that support will be a key factor in meeting your goals. It will only strengthen as you stay on this path. When you hear the word Fitness it shouldn't discourage you, but it should strengthen you. We want you to be the best that you can be.
