You’ll never get the body you want until you are happy with the body you have. Most people don’t realize this. It takes time to get the body you want, it never happens over night. A lot of small changes over a long period of time. Is what’s going to help you to the body you want. Remember there is always going to be ups and downs. You just have to make sure you have more ups that downs. It’s not just fitness thats going to get you to your goal. You have to look at what you are putting into your body more so than just fitness. The saying that it’s 70% nutrition and 30% exercise is right. So eat healthier a little more everyday and be more active in your daily life a little more each day. Before you know it, that body will start to form. But, most of all you have to like what you see in the mirror everyday, before you will ever get there.
