I get asked about this diet a lot these days, so here is what all the hype is about. The Paleo Diet is a new look at how our stone age ancestors would have ate. This diet is high in proteins using mainly fish, grass fed and pasture raised meats. It also allows eggs, nuts, vegetables, fruits and mushrooms. It does exclude the eating a grains and dairy. They believe that this brings back a traditional diet that hunter gatherers would have ate in the stone age.
