DIPS
Dips are a
great exercise to help build your chest, deltoids and triceps. Just remember to get that 90 degree angle in
your arms when coming down. This
exercise will hit all three heads of the triceps (long, lateral and medial), pectoralis
major, anterior head of the deltoids and the anconeus. This exercise can be
done with or without weights. Most people
do it with no weight. If your workout program
consists of mostly all body weight exercises you should strongly think of using
dips in it as well.
