Obesity

Obesity is a growing epidemic in the United States, mostly due to the fact that fast food and processed foods have become major staples in our diet.  As well as lower levels of inactivity.  It is said that 1 in 3 people will struggle with obesity at some point in there life.  Research has shown that obesity increases the likely hood of getting heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer and many other medical conditions.  Making many of us dependent on taking medications.  That we might not have needed if we could just watch what we consumed and became more active.  We can lower the chances of getting obesity or control obesity.   With healthier food choices and with low to moderate intensity exercise.
