Ice Those Muscles

Many study show that ice can reduce soreness much better than heat. The reason for this is that it keeps swelling down. Heat is only going to help promote swelling. You may see that heat helps with pain right away, but wont stop the pain from coming. Ice on the other hand will reduce blood from pooling in that area. So remember Ice and stretching is what will help reduce sore muscles.
