FRONT SQUAT

The front squat is a compound exercise that is great to burn calories and strengthen your legs.  If you don’t have this in your resistance exercises you might want to think about putting it in to your routine.  Just remember the front squat is much harder than the regular squat so always use less weight when doing them.

Avocado

Avocado is one of the top healthiest vegetables to eat.  It is a good source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B5 and 6, vitamin C and vitamin K.  One avocado is about one cup and it is about 200 to 250 calories.  Avocado helps promote cardiovascular health, anti cancer benefits and a healthy heart.  So if you have a chance try to add a little avocado into your diet.
