Dumbell Fly


A great isometric exercise for your chest is the dumbell fly.  This is a great exercise that focuses on the sternal head of the pectoralis major.  Remember when doing the dumbell fly to always keep a slight bend in your elbows as if you hugging a barrel.  Start with a light weight when doing these if you haven’t ever done them before.  Also bend more in the elbows as you go down with the weight.
