YOU NEED WATER TO HELP MUSCLE GROW

I was talking to a guy the other day and he said to me that if you drink too much water you wont put on muscle. Thats is not true. Most of your muscle is made of water. If you want to put muscle on you need to hydrate, everyday. If you want too lose fat you should hydrate and when I say hydrate it is with water. I hope this helps.
