JUST ONE MORE, THEN I START MY DIET!

Dieting shouldn't be like this. Most peoples diets only needs to change just a little to start and see improvements. You don't need to starve yourself to death to see changes. Find out how much you are supposed to eat a day and decrease it buy 100 calories each mouth for the next 6 months and see just how much weight you lose.
