Family Weight Loss Game



This is a good way to get the family all exercising and eating a little better.  The game take 12 weeks.  All players write down 10 thinks that they like to do.  Here are some examples; going to the movies, going to a restaurant that you like, going fishing by yourself, going to the spa, going to the club, having someone make your favorite meal and so on.  As a group everyone must approve at least three things on each list.  This will be the winners prize.  Now every week on the same day you weight in.  If a person gains weight that week there will be a punishment everyone in the group must decide what the punishment will be.  It should be something like washing the car, doing the dishes all week or something like that.  The person that losses the biggest percentage of weight after the 12 weeks wins, the three things on there list.  Have fun and loss some weight.
